APENS Exam

Adapted Physical Education National Standards  

AAPAR's Adapted Physical Activity Council (APAC) invites you to learn more about the Adapted Physical Education National Standards (APENS). APENS is provided by the National Consortium for Physical Education and Recreation for Individuals with Disabilities (NCPERID). The APENS Web site offers resources about the 15 adapted physical education standards, the national certification exam and study guide, and alternative methods for becoming a nationally Certified Adapted Physical Educator (CAPE). 

APAC supports NCPERID's commitment to training, demonstration, and research activity related to physical education and recreation for individuals with disabilities.
