The PRE-Kapable Program
For various reasons infants spend little time on their stomachs anymore. However, research has proved this is an important developmental stage, enabling the body to incorporate reflexes into mature motor patterns. Instructed by the National 2011 Adapted Physical Education Teacher of the Year.
