Other Credentialing Options

Adapted Aquatics Master Teacher Credential

After receiving your Adapted Aquatics Instructor Credential, you qualify to become a Master Teacher and will be certified to lead workshops and train others in becoming credentialed adapted aquatics instructors. Master Teachers are expected to instruct workshops periodically.  Click here for the application and prerequisites.   

Adapted Aquatics Assistant (AAA)

Prepares participants to work in adapted aquatics under the supervision of an adapted aquatics instructor.  Click here for prerequisites.

Adapted Aquatics Adjunct (AAAdj)

Prepares professionals with degrees in special education to work in adapted aquatics under the supervision of an adapted aquatics instructor.  The course requires the same material, test and practicum as the instructor course.  Click here for prerequisites.
