Alliance Assembly Information

Meeting information for the 2014 Assembly is not yet available.

Delegate Assembly

The Delegate Assembly is a representative body that consists of delegates who serve at-large and represent the whole Alliance membership. The Delegate Assembly votes to approve amendments to the bylaws, recommends policy positions to the Board of Directors, and provides a sense of the members' views on a particular subject. The Delegate Assembly meets annually at the time and place of the national convention.

To serve as an Assembly delegate, professionals and students must hold a current membership in the Alliance and must have held such membership for at least one continuous year immediately prior to election or appointment to the Assembly. A lapse in membership at any time in the year preceding the delegate term disqualifies a member from serving.

The 2013 delegates will continue their terms through the 2014 meeting in St. Louis after which a new selection process will be adopted for the unified organization.
