Approximately 100 students from Fremont Middle School in Pomona and Serrano Middle School in Montclair will participate in the January 29th sport day activities. The theme for this year’s event is Play, Believe, Achieve.
The day will include warm-up games and four instructional clinics (P-P student athletes and staff, and community volunteers serve as organizers and clinicians) in handball, zumba dance, softball and soccer. The day will conclude with lunch at the pool (just in time to watch a Pomona-Pitzer swimming and diving meet) and time to socialize. All participants will receive a poster, certificate and a photo collage. |
