The girls on the Girls Inc. leadership team at the YWCA of Greater Cincinnati will participate in a one-day leadership summit on health, wellness and leadership at RockQuest Climbing Center in Cincinnati, OH. At this indoor climbing facility, girls will work individually and as a team at physical activities designed to stretch their perceived limitations and build team cohesion. Girls will also have sessions about food nutrition and healthy snacking habits. Sessions are designed to provide a comprehensive view of health and to encourage continuing healthy behaviors. |
