The Manhattan College Women's Basketball Team hosts Siena College at 6 pm in Draddy Gymnasium on the campus in the Riverdale section of the Bronx. The first 100 spectators will be given a poster and bracelet to honor National Girls and Women in Sports Day. Throughout the game, facts will be given about the impact of Title IX. At halftime, faculty member and Past President of the National Association for Girls and Women in Sport Dr. Shawn Ladda will explain the history of the day and a reflection from yesterday's celebration in Washington, DC. |
