The Celebration at Skidmore College
Skidmore will be hosting an event to commemorate National
Girls and Women in Sports Day (NGWSD) on Saturday,
February 2nd. In holding this event, the college aims to:
*Raise awareness of women’s athletics on the Skidmore
College campus and in the community through celebrating
the achievements of girls and women in sport.
*Expose girls and women to various sport opportunities and
encourage their participation in sport.
*Celebrate 41 years of Title IX and 27 years of NGWSD! |
