Event Details:  
Girl Scouts from the New River Valley and Roanoke, VA will be invited to attend the NGWSD event at the Virginia Tech Women's Basketball game on February 22, 2013. Scouts will also be asked to a 250 word essay on "how girls' and women's athletics has impacted their lives." Winners will be selected from each scout level and will be announced during half-time. Winners will receive prize packs sponsored by the Atlantic Coast Conference. A pre-game tailgate will be sponsored by the Kappa Delta sorority.
