NGWS Night at KSU is held each year to present the Bobbie Bailey Award for Athletic Excellence to female athletes from each high school in the 5 county area surrounding KSU (approximately 35 schools). The coaches and teammates of the award recipients, along with the community are invited to attend and recognize the accomplishments of the winners. This February 8, 2010 will mark the 20th Anniversary of this event. The speaker will be Robin Benincasa, who is a world champion Adventure Racer and 10 time finisher of the Ironman triathlon in Kona, Hawaii. The event is free, but seats must be reserved. |
