The Kennesaw State University HPS Majors Cub and the Georgia Association for HPERD celebrates NGWS Day and recognizes local top female high school athletes by awarding the Bobbie Bailey Award for Athletic Excellence to an athlete from each of 38 local high schools. 2011 will mark the 21st annual event. |
