If you've used Google, Yahoo, or Bing, then you know how important it is to use the right keyword to get the information you want. Employers do the same thing when searching for resumes. To get discovered more easily, do some research and find out which keywords they're using. Read the job advertisement carefully, choose a couple of basic keywords that are relevant to your field and then pepper them throughout your resume.
