Hoops For Heart Recognition Award

Each year AAHPERD selects one Hoops For Heart coordinator to win the prestigious Outstanding Coordinator of the Year Award. This individual is honored at the AAHPERD National Convention for his/her dedication and commitment to the HFH program. The recipient will receive reimbursement for their convention travel expenses (up to $1,000.).  Eligible coordinators who are current AAHPERD members of at least two years may apply or be nominated by any individual.  A complete list of eligibility requirements and application instructions can be found in the application packet.  Please download the application packet below or contact the Joint Projects program manager at 1-800-213-7193 x429 for more information.
