JRFH/HFH State Coordinators

State Coordinators are volunteer liaisons between their respective State AHPERD associations and their AHA affiliate.  These coordinators work diligently to assure quality Jump Rope For Heart and Hoops For Heart programming across their states by coordinating and presenting workshops, convention sessions, exciting promotional events, and demonstration team performances.  Many State Coordinators sit on their State AHPERD governing boards, and keep the association leadership apprised of new initiatives in the program while helping to further develop JRFH and HFH within their states.  Please use the link below to see contact information for all State Coordinators.
