  • "Real Athletes Jump Rope!" will cover creating routines and demonstration teams and how to use rope jumping for fitness training.
  • "Technology Comes to JRFH/HFH!" focuses on the importance of using online fundraising.  Will also cover all of the resources available to teachers and students on line.
