During this month, National Physical Fitness and Sports Month, AAHPERD encourages all physical education teachers across the country to embrace National Physical Education and Sport Week, May 1-7, as the perfect opportunity to showcase your school's physical education and sport programs.  Shout out loud and clear to your principal, colleagues, parents of students and the community all of the reasons why the children in your school have an exemplary physical education program.
