Overall Message

For more than a century NAGWS has been offering initiatives, programs, products, and services that have facilitated, empowered, and inspired girls' and women's involvement in sport.  This task is far too enormous for us to do alone.  As such, NAGWS has established a circle of Friends to help in this regard.  Our Friends of NAGWS are individuals and organizations who believe in and support our mission of increasing and improving sport opportunities for girls and women.  Friends of NAGWS include: current athletes, former athletes, coaches, administrators, parents, educators, corporations, associations, business leaders, politicians, social activists, sport enthusiasts, and individuals who simply support girls' and women's involvement in sport!

You too, can become a Friend of NAGWS!!!  Surely you know a girl or woman who is deserving of the valuable contributions sport makes to all of our lives.  Join our circle of Friends and help us to create a healthy and active society of girls and women by donating $35, $70, $150, $3,500 (for Corporate Friends) or any other amount through the AAHPERD Online Storeor by mail.
