Increasing Physical Activity at the University Level

Congratulations to the 2011 grant recipients of the McGraw-Hill Publishing Company's College and University Instructional Physical Activity Program (C/U IPAP) Research Award: Beverly Hatch, Joy Scruggs, and Rebecca Buchanan from Emory & Henry College and Marc Lochbaum from Texas Tech University. The recipients were chosen out of 37 applicants. Outcomes of the research projects will be available next year.

The purpose of the McGraw-Hill Publishing Company C/UIPAP Research Award is to provide financial assistance to individuals seeking to engage in well-designed research projects that focus on policy, pedagogical, or administrative issues pertinent to the implementation of a quality C/UIPAPs.
