| Submission Entry: | My vision of PE in 2020 would be having all students active and participating during each class. I think a new generation of teachers are graduating and bringing fresh ideas to the schools. The incorporation of technology, less traditional games like football, soccer, basketball and more cooperative, interactive, life long activities will help bring the fun back to PE. Also in 2020, I would like to see more quality PE programs that have a developmentally appropriate sequential curriculum and that all PE teachers in his/her respective school district is involved in the curriculum planning process. Finally, PE is changing and moving forward. As educators we need to step up and deliver so that students are receiving the most out of his/her PE class. |
