|Submission Title:||What does physical education looks like in the 2020 and beyond?|
|Submission Entry:||To stay healthy for a lifetime we need to eat healthy and do diverse exercises, and exercise our mind.
First, eat healthy because I like to feel good and fit. My great grandpa died with cancer. My grandpa died with cancer because he was not eating well, and my grandpa wasn’t feeling well. We need to stay healthy and eat a lot of food. Another reason we should eat healthy is because if we don’t eat healthy, we might have cancer and get sick like my grandfather did when he had cancer and died. So you need to stay healthy. The food pyramid helps us eat a rainbow of food each day. Here is the food pyramid colors and what they mean:
Second, do diverse exercises because I need to have strength. I like to do diverse exercises like FITT. Here is what FITT means Frequency Intensity Time and Type of exercises. Some examples are cardio-running, strength- push ups, curl ups, lunges flexibility-gymnastics, yoga . You also need to watch your body composition-lean body mass fat. Doing fitness challenges helps.
Third, exercise our minds because we can do cup stack also wii fit plus. If we don’t exercise our mind our brain might not be working. So make sure we exercise our mind and do diverse exercise. Good luck and remember to exercise our minds and do diverse exercises.
Stay healthy, stay away from obesity. In 2020 I want to be more fit than I am today by following the guide lines I’m learning in PE class.
