Joy of Effort Criteria

Nominee must have shown accomplishment in one or more of the following areas:

1. Teaching, coaching, and/or administration
2. Involvement in state, regional, and/or national professional associations
3. Scholarly activities such as professional presentations and contributions to research and/or service journals
4. Overall leadership to the field

Applications must include:

1. The application form
2. Nominee's resume/vita
3. Two letters of support (one may be from you) addressing the nominee's contributions related to criteria #1-4

All materials are sent to the NASPE office and must be postmarked by October 15th of each year. Plaques are presented at the NASPE Hall of Fame Banquet during the AAHPERD National Convention.
