1. Read the Application Instructions
2. Review the Criteria Chart
3. Select a contact person from your school
4. Submit an Intent to Apply form
5. Complete application form with payment
6. Complete and send your school's STARS efolio to NASPE by October 15th (see the application instructions for complete information and details)
