Certification Renewals
Physical Best Specialist Renewal
The current Specialist exam is based upon the second edition of Physical Best books.
How to Renew:

Submit an online Specialist Renewal Report Form. Your submission will be automatically emailed to our office and you will receive information regarding completing the exam within 4 weeks.

Successfully complete the exam to renew your certification for another 5 years.
Price:
$35 exam processing fee
Lapsed Certification
- 1-3 months late – complete requirements without penalty
- 3-6 months late – pay a $25 late fee and complete the requirements
- > 6 months late – retake the Specialist workshop & complete all certification requirements (full workshop fees apply)
Physical Best Instructor Renewal
Option 1: Submit Online Instructor Renewal Report Form
If documentation is determined adequate, your renewal is complete and you will be mailed a new certificate dated 5 years forward from the month your certification expired.

Notes:
Office must receive this report within 3 months following the expiration of your certification.If adequate documentation is not provided, you will be sent a letter explaining the problem and have the opportunity to resubmit documentation.

Option 2: Renewal by Re-examination
Instructors not meeting the training requirements through Renewal Option 1, must take and pass the current Physical Best Specialist certification exam AND the current Physical Best Instructor certification exam on the first attempt. Both exams must be successfully completed to obtain renewal.

Price:
The exam fee (total for both exams) is $70 up to 6 months following the expiration date of certification or $120 between 6 and 12 months following the expiration date of certification.
