Become a Reviewer
The Journal of Coaching Education views the author, editor, and reviewer as a team that works together to achieve excellence in publishing. The paramount consideration for each team member is JCE's style as a research-based, applied professional journal. Without the time and effort of our reviewers, the Journal of Coaching Education would be unable to offer quality, state-of-the-art information to the thousands of coaches and coach educators with access to this timely publication. We are always in need of new reviewers as the quality and quantity of submitted manuscripts continues to grow!
If you would like to get involved in this valuable professional service activity, there are easy steps to follow:
- Sending a current professional vita or resume to the current Editor: Jody Brylinsky at brylinsky@wmich.edu.
- You will be notified once your credentials have been reviewed and invited to complete the on-line reviewer training.
- The training offers a useful training material that orients new reviewers to the unique manuscript styles and content elements of the Journal of Coaching Education.
Each new reviewer will be asked to complete a trial manuscript review. You will receive feedback on your completed trial review from the editor board before being officially assigned a manuscript to review for publication.
