Our 'Ten at a Time' physical activity calendar is a great resource for people who "never have enough time to exercise." Each day lists one exercise that can be done "10 at a time" or for cardio exercises, ten minutes at a time. See how many times throughout the day you can perform 10 reps/mins of the exercise. Share this calendar with fellow staff as well as encourage your students to share this challenge with their parents!
