STEPS TO APPLY:

Step 3:	Determine Contact Person
Step 4:	Use the Teacher Packet to collect data and assemble portfolio [ STARS ] [ SuperSTARS ]
Step 5:	Send Intent to Apply to NASPE STARS Project Coordinator
Step 6:	Complete and submit Application Form and fee to arrive no later than two weeks prior to the deadline date to:

Step 7:	Send four copies of the portfolio to arrive no later than the deadline date to:
