A Glimpse into the American Dance Festival

Recently I had the amazing opportunity to experience a few days as an American Dance Festival (aka ADF) student in Durham, North Carolina. During the few days, I saw a performance by a professional modern dance company, participated in techniques classes in a wide variety of styles, and viewed performances by the ADF's International Choreographers Residency and ADF students themselves.
