NDA unites with AAHPERD in support of First Lady Michelle Obama's Let's Move campaign--extending the phrase to Let's Move in School (LMIS) The LMIS goal is to educate youth about the benefits of a creative, healthy lifestyle, ensuring that every school provides Comprehensive School Physical Activity Programs (CSPAP). NDA members must lead in incorporating a comprehensive dance education into the schools, as part of this exciting process. For more information on what your school can do visit Let's Move in School.

Resources
NDA publishes resources to help with curriculum planning and implementation of a strong dance education curriculum in the schools. As the national education policy is shaped, there now is a clear statement from the top that physical activities of all kids, including excellent dance education, will improve our students' abilities to learn and become creative, collaborative and constructive citizens.
