Phat Exercise: How Young Adults Enjoy and Sustain Physical Activity
This article addresses sport psychology and the young adult. One of the most important aspects in determining whether someone will remain physically active throughout life is whether that person is an intrinsic exerciser. In order to be an intrinsic exerciser, one must have vision, mastery, flow, and inergy. This article looks at all four components and discusses how they can be optimized in the young adult’s life.
