The following includes important information for planning social events (breakfasts, luncheons, and receptions) for the 2014 AAHPERD National Convention & Expo to be held in St. Louis.
All requests for meeting space must be made to the AAHPERD Convention Office through a Social Event Application (provided below). Space will be assigned on a first come basis, subject to availability. All attempts will be made to accommodate requests until March 19, 2014. Events scheduled after December 15, 2013 will not be listed in the convention program book.
Food and beverage events may not conflict with general sessions and other major programs of the convention. When planning breakfast events, please remember that program sessions begin at 7:30 a.m. Receptions and Dinners cannot begin before 5:30 p.m. Please see the convention Schedule-at-a-Glance to help you in planning.
