Purchase Order Policy: AAHPERD National Convention & Exposition

Purchase orders must accompany completed registrations. All forms must be mailed, faxed or emailed together. Registration forms will be available November 15, 2012. Purchase orders WILL NOT be accepted for online registrations. 

    

If registering with purchase order full payment must be received by April 2, 2013. 

    

Purchase orders will not be accepted on or after April 3, 2013. Purchase orders WILL NOT be accepted onsite. Onsite registrations must be paid in full via cash, check, or credit card (VISA, MC, AmEx).
